The position:

Within the Marketing team, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager. You will support her daily in the development of new products and the day-to-day management of existing ranges.

Missions:

Brand Analysis and Market Research

Marketing Development

Support the Marketing Manager in the development of the brand's innovation plan.

Researching consumer insights: by analyzing trends and organizing interviews with consumers.

Participation in the development of original concepts (new & different, in equity
of its brands) and launch recommendations.

Participation in the development of innovations, in conjunction with manufacturers, perfumers and packagers.

Product lifecycle management for all categories (Hair, Facial Care, Deodorant, Body Care, etc.)

Creative briefs for packaging and design.

Coordination of launches with the Operational Marketing Project Manager.

Administrative: Assist the Marketing team on a daily basis

Storage of product stock

Sending couriers, parcels

SKILLS :

With a higher education background such as a business school or university, you have a strong interest in product marketing, innovation and digital technology in the demanding and challenging world of cosmetics.

Naturally curious, dynamic, rigorous, sociable, and reliable, you are recognized for your organizational skills and team spirit. You are comfortable with numbers, speak English fluently, and are proficient in Excel and PPT.

Your responsiveness and your ability to manage several projects simultaneously are essential assets for the success of this mission.

A strong sensitivity to the world of cosmetics is necessary.

 Le poste :

Intégré à l’équipe Marketing-Communication, tu travailleras au quotidien avec toute l’équipe pour animer les réseaux sociaux de la marque. Tu seras au cœur de notre stratégie digitale, en charge de l’animation quotidienne de nos réseaux sociaux.

Missions :

En tant que chef(fe) de secteur stagiaire, tu seras notre ambassadeur(rice) sur le terrain. Concrètement :

• Tu visites les magasins de ton secteur pour booster la visibilité de nos gammes (capillaire, douche, soins, déo).
• Tu assures la présence des produits, les mises en avant, les nouveautés.
• Tu recommandes des commandes et accompagnes leur mise en rayon.
• Tu crées du lien avec les équipes magasin : formation, animation, échanges.
• Tu analyses le terrain : veille concurrentielle, remontée d’infos, retours consommateurs.

Tu auras un portefeuille d’environ 100 points de vente, avec des priorités définies et des déplacements prévus dans un périmètre raisonnable.

Les enseignes concernées sont : MONOPRIX & FRANPRIX.

Compétences  :

• Tu cherches un stage terrain responsabilisant pour l’été 2025 pour 2 à 3 mois (Bac+2 à Bac+5)
• Tu es dynamique, débrouillard(e), motivé(e) par les challenges et à l’aise dans les échanges
• Tu as le sens du contact et une vraie énergie positive
• Tu veux découvrir l’univers GMS de l’intérieur et participer à une aventure engagée.
