GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE PUBLICATION OF ONLINE CONSUMER REVIEWS

1. Purpose
The purpose of this page is to inform users of the website www.energie-fruit.com (hereinafter the "Site") of the conditions under which online reviews relating to products of the Energie Fruit and Energiqa brands are collected, moderated and published.
BLOOMUP, the company that publishes the Site, attaches particular importance to the transparency and reliability of the reviews published on its products.
2. Methods for collecting opinions
Online reviews can be collected:
- via forms available on the website energie-fruit.com;
- through solicitations addressed to consumers who have used Energie Fruit products, particularly by email or via partner distribution platforms;
- through specific opinion collection campaigns organized by the brand.
Publishing a review is conditional upon providing certain information (name, surname or pseudonym, email address, experience using the product).
We inform users that the published reviews come either from consumers contacted after using or purchasing our products, or from reviews submitted spontaneously. In the latter case, we do not systematically verify the existence of a purchase, but each review undergoes a consistency check by our teams to ensure that it accurately describes a real experience with the product.
3. Moderation and publication of reviews
All reviews are subject to prior moderation before publication.
Moderation aims to ensure the appropriateness and legality of the comments collected. It is carried out by our teams (no global automated filtering is applied to comments). BLOOMUP reserves the right not to publish (or to remove at any time) any review whose content violates the rules below.
An opinion may be refused or withdrawn for one of the following reasons:
- Illegal or inappropriate comments: the comment contains offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, identity-impairing, contrary to public order or generally contrary to current regulations.
- Lack of product experience: the content does not correspond to a real-world experience of using the product.
- Unintelligible text: the comment is incomprehensible (sequence of random characters, language too confusing).
- Off-topic: the content is not related to the product being evaluated (review about another product, comment unrelated to the consumption experience).
- Promotional content or spam: the text is clearly spam, contains links or references to other websites, or encourages the purchase of a competitor's product.
- Call for legal action: the comment contains explicit threats or calls to initiate legal action.
- Personal information present: the notice discloses personally identifiable information (telephone number, email address, postal address, etc.) concerning the author or third parties, in violation of the right to privacy.
- Author's request: The consumer who wrote the review contacted BLOOMUP to modify or remove their review. (See below: Modifying or deleting reviews .)
- Legal risks: BLOOMUP believes that its civil or criminal liability could be incurred if the review were published (for example, presence of manifestly counterfeit, false or misleading content likely to deceive other consumers).
BLOOMUP will publish all reviews that comply with these conditions in order to ensure reliable and complete information for consumers.
Notices are generally published within 72 business hours of submission. In any event, a notice will be published within a maximum of five (5) business days of submission. This maximum timeframe includes any extensions due to a high volume of notices or a one-off technical issue.
If necessary, our moderation team may contact the author of a review (via the email address provided when submitting) to verify certain elements of their comment or experience, or to inform them of the processing of their review (publication, refusal, request for clarification).
If your review is rejected for publication following moderation, you will be notified of the rejection and the reason (by email or other appropriate means). If applicable, and if the reason allows (content that can be modified), you will be able to submit a revised review taking into account the feedback provided.
4. Criteria for ranking reviews
Reviews are presented by default in chronological order (from newest to oldest).
Each published review indicates the date of its submission to the Site, as well as the date (or period) of the consumer experience to which it refers, as declared by the consumer.
No automated overall rating process is applied on the Site.
5. Counterpart
No financial compensation is offered in exchange for submitting a review of our products.
In some cases, products may be offered to consumers for testing and subsequent review (for example, as part of promotional campaigns or specific partnerships). In such cases, the review must begin with the statement "Product provided free of charge," clearly, legibly, and immediately visible. This statement indicates the existence of compensation and does not affect the content of the review or the author's freedom of expression. No compensation requires a positive review. If this statement is omitted, we will add it or refuse to publish the review.
6. Reporting options

7. Modification or deletion of reviews by their author
On energie-fruit.com , it is not possible to directly edit a published review online. Our system does not allow users to edit their comments once submitted. However, if you wish to correct or remove your review, you can request this by contacting us at contact@bloomup.fr (preferably from the email address used when submitting the review).
Please specify the changes you would like to make (for example, an error to correct in the text) or your wish to delete the review. Our moderation team will process your request as soon as possible. Depending on the situation:
- We can remove your initial review from the site, so that you can potentially submit a new, corrected one.
- If the requested change is minor (e.g., a typo) and inconsequential, we can, at your request, make an editorial update to the review. In this case, the date of the update will be indicated to readers next to the revised review.
8. Use and reuse of notices (authorization to use)
By submitting a review, you authorize BLOOMUP to use the content of your review for marketing and promoting the products in question. This reuse of your review is free of charge and may include the following distribution methods:
- On the Internet: display of your review on the Site itself, on other websites published by BLOOMUP or its partners, on our official social media pages, or via online search engines/review aggregators, as well as in our newsletters.
- On printed materials or media: possible use of certain opinions in commercial documents (e.g. catalogues, brochures, point-of-sale posters, flyers) or press releases (e.g. on the brand's institutional website, press kits, etc.), in order to illustrate customer satisfaction.
By granting this permission, you naturally retain ownership of your content: your first name (or pseudonym) will generally be cited near the reproduced review, and we promise not to misrepresent your words. BLOOMUP may slightly edit the wording of the review if necessary for formatting or typo correction, or even translate your review into other languages if our sites are multilingual, but without altering the meaning of your original comment. For example, we might shorten an overly long review by extracting a key phrase, or correct an obvious error, but BLOOMUP will not change the opinion expressed.
The reuse permission you grant us is valid worldwide and for a maximum period of 5 years from the publication of the notice.
After this period, if we wish to continue using your review, we will ask for your consent again. Of course, if you request that we remove your review from the website early, we will cease all further republication of it in our promotional materials. Please note, however, that we may not always be able to remove copies that have already been distributed (for example, if your review appeared in a printed catalog).
By posting a review, you grant us the right to reproduce, display, and adapt your content on the aforementioned media. This is in no way an exclusive transfer of intellectual property rights: you remain free to use and publish your review elsewhere if you wish (for example, on a personal blog).
9. Duration of publication and retention of notices
Reviews are kept and published on the site for a maximum of 5 years from the date of publication, unless otherwise requested by the author.
If you are the author of a review and wish to have it removed from the site before the 5-year expiry date, simply submit a request to us (see above , "Modification or Deletion "). BLOOMUP undertakes to delete or anonymize the review in question within a reasonable timeframe. Similarly, if a product is withdrawn from sale, we may decide to remove associated reviews earlier than planned, if applicable.
When a review is rejected for publication (negative moderation), we do not publish it online. However, we retain a record of the review and the reason for its rejection for an appropriate period (up to a maximum of 5 years), particularly to be able to justify our moderation decisions to the authorities if necessary, or to review the review in the event of a dispute. These unpublished reviews are, of course, not visible to the public.
10. Personal data
When you submit a review online, we collect certain personal data about you; BLOOMUP processes this data in accordance with applicable regulations.
